The forums have had this problem before. What it means is that the forum has exceeded the amount of processes it can perform in a given time, thus making the forum die. But never fear, it will be back soon. It just takes some time to cycle/reset/whatever. When the forum comes back, I’ll see what I can do to prevent this from happening, but until it comes back, there’s little I can do.
